POSITION SUMMARY:
A member of the Corporate Tax Department whose purpose is to apply US, State, and local tax laws to the operations of Nestl? USA and affiliates. Duties include preparation and review of property tax returns, property tax planning, negotiation and administration of property tax audits and valuation appeals, and special projects as needed.
* Preparation and review of property tax returns with a focus on Nestle Prepared Foods locations and certain NUSA locations, including gathering information, partnering with Nestle operational departments, analysis of data, identification of tax issues and planning opportunities, and application of tax laws.
* Negotiation and administration of property tax audits and valuation appeals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years property tax experience in Big 4, large public accounting firm, or large corporate tax department, including leadership role in audit/valuation appeals. Strong analytical skills in real estate valuation a plus.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CMI or CPA, a plus. Travel up to 25%.
