Executive Avail-A-Search began in 1965 when Ted and Audrey Johnson, long-time human resource professionals, started a small recruiting company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As the company grew, they were joined in 1980 by Tony Spinelli, who quickly became their top Consultant. When the Johnson's retired in 1985, they sold the firm to Mr. Spinelli.
