- Since opening our doors in 1975, Capistrano’s Bakery has grown from a small Italian Bakery into a prominent wholesale bakery in the Phoenix area. We presently supply hundreds of customers valley-wide with over 200 freshly baked products. We now serve a three state area: Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Our products are baked and delivered fresh daily. We deliver buns and rolls, bagels, croissants, loaf breads, artisan breads and specialty items to an array of customers. We also carry an assortment of par baked wholesale bakery products if you prefer to do the baking yourself.
