Nomacorc closures were conceived as a solution to the inconsistencies and TCA contamination prevalent in natural and technical cork wine closures. Since the company’s inception in 1999, Nomacorc co-extruded synthetic wine closures have become the most widely used alternative wine closure in the world. With manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia, our team of 500 employees produce 2 billion synthetic wine closures each year. In 2009 we completed ten years of serving the international wine industry and produced our ten billionth Nomacorc wine closure.
