Baking Company: fresh-baked bread, rolls and hot dog buns.The company cooks up its signature line of breads, buns and rolls at bakeries in Cincinnati, in Morristown, Ind., and on West Main Street in Springfield.
The Springboro facility primarily will produce Klosterman's new line of hearth-baked breads and create more than 40 jobs in the next three years.
Klosterman, who sits on the board of directors of the Washington, D.C.-based American Bakers Association, said increased demand for the hard-crusted Italian and French style specialty breads prompted the company's expansion. He said he expects the Springboro facility to be operational by late spring or early summer 2006.
