Minnesota Dehydrated Vegetables, Incorporated of Fosston, Minnesota, has been producing and selling high quality dehydrated vegetables since their inception in 1990. Since that time, MDV Inc. has established itself by building a strong reputation for quality products and great customer service. A devastating fire in May 1997 destroyed the original processing plant. At that time MDV rebuilt the processing plant utilizing state of the art equipment and began processing in September 1998.
Fosston is located in the Red River Valley, the heartland of our nation’s agricultural economy. Minnesota Dehydrated Vegetables is in the center of the area where the bulk of the vegetables they process are grown. With state of the art equipment and seasoned staff that boast more than thirty years experience in the food industry, MDV is committed to producing a high-quality product.
