Schiff's Restaurant Service, Inc. has served the hotel, restaurant and institutional feeding business segments of Northeast PA since 1969. The company initially concentrated on cut meats and frozen foods, but has since expanded operations to include a full-service product offering, consisting of thousands of line items in groceries, provisions, produce, chemicals, dairy products, and equipment as well.
