Willow Brook Foods produces a wide variety of hot dogs, bratwurst and, lunch meats.Willow Brook is a company with an impressive past, and an even more impressive future. Our turkey operation was opened in the 1920's as part of an MFA farmers' market.
The Willow Brook Foods production facilities in Springfield, Missouri and Albert Lea, Minnesota exceed high standards of excellence and strive to ensure product consistency every step of the way. Willow Brook is a company with an impressive past, and an even more impressive future. Our turkey operation was opened in the 1920's as part of an MFA farmers' market. Our Schweigert Foods operation was opened in 1937. After having several different owners through the 40's 50's and 60's, the turkey operation was purchased in 1979 by a young company named Hudson Foods, who expanded the operation significantly, adding additional grow-out facilities and a further processed turkey plant. In 1989, the Schweigert facility also became part of Hudson Foods. Then in January of 1998, two poultry giants, Tyson Foods and Hudson Foods, merged. Willow Brook Foods w
