Cawy Bottling Co., Inc. was established in Cuba in 1948. The company manufactured a lemon lime soft drink, pure fruit juice based soft drinks and mineral water. The Cawy Lemon Lime was Cuba's best selling soft drink and at its peak the company grew to have four strategically located plants throughout the island.
With their Knowledge and experience of the Latin drinking tastes they initially went after the largely growing Cuban ethnic market with the Cawy Lemon Lime soft drink industry. Cawy's answer was to diversify and fill a void in the market by introducing unique tropical flavors thereby creating their own niche.
