Clare Rose has risen to success with help from The King of Beers. The company, one of the top beer wholesalers in the US, primarily sells Anheuser-Busch products, including Budweiser, Michelob, and Busch. Clare Rose dominates distribution of the top US beer maker's brands on New York's Long Island and Staten Island. The firm distributes other products such as Boardy Barn Brew, which is made by a popular Long Island bar and distributed in supermarkets (including the King Kullen chain). Clare Rose also rolls out imports such as Amstel, Beck's, and Heineken (the #2 imported beer in the US, after Grupo Modelo's Corona). President Fredric Rose owns Clare Rose, which was founded in 1936 by his grandfather.
