Located in the village of Ellicottville, a ski hamlet in the rolling hills of Western New York, we are a brew pub unlike any other.
The Ellicottville Brewing Company is considered a local marvel for its architecture, menu, and craft beers. Managed by a fairly young group of talented people, the brewery has placed first in most local beer festivals and has won the Buffalo People\'s Choice Award twice, for its first two years of operation.Founded by co-owners Allen and Walter Yahn and Peter Kreinheder, the Ellicottville Brewing Company is the culmination of a combined effort inspired by the desire to open a family business.
