Federal Distributors was founded in April 1947 by Paulette Cronin, Eugene Cronin Jr. and Joseph Cronin shortly after Eugene and Joe graduated from Bowdoin College. Joe continues to serve as Chairman of the Board today.
Today, Federal Distributors employs over 70 full time employees, with an annual sales volume of 2 million cases of product. We offer over 200 SKU’s of beer and pre-mixed cocktails and over 200 SKU’s of non-alcoholic beverages. We are recognized as the premier beer wholesaler in our territory with a market share of over 60%.
We are a family owned company founded in April of 1947, and are located at 2075 Lisbon Road in Lewiston. Federal Distributors consists of four departments; Administration, Sales, Delivery Drivers and Warehousemen.
