Oak Ridge Winery, one of California's oldest continually operating wineries, first opened their doors in 1934 under the name of the East Side Winery. Founded as a co-op, immediately after the repeal of prohibition. Oak Ridge Winery was organized by a consortium of growers.
Oak Ridge Winery was the last co-op winery operated in the state of California. In 2002 the winery was sold to three Lodi families that have been grape growers for four generations.
