Located in what used to be a knitting mill in downtown Rochester, Rochester Mills is a class act. The decor ix gleaming, from blinding silver vats to the clean, homey look of the wooden floors brick walls. Even on weeknights, the place is packed. You can wait for a table while enjoying one of the highly rated brews at the bar, shooting some pool, or relaxing in the lush Martini Room with a cocktail and a lungful of cigar smoke. For a brewpub, the wenu is fairly large and diverse. Favorites here are the spicy Louisiana Jambalaya and the creamy Chicken Picatta. There is also a nice selection of pizzas, pastas and other usual sandwiches and salads.
