Vineland Estates Winery features premier VQA wines and a renowned restaurant
serving regional cuisine.Situated on the slopes of the Niagara Escarpment with Lake Ontario in the distance, Vineland Estates Winery has been consistently referred to as "Niagara's Premiere Wine & Culinary Experience".
In 1979 fifty acres of the 75 acre Estate were planted with German Riesling vines. Established on a homestead dating back to 1845, the Estate, while utilizing many of the original historic buildings has evolved into a world class winery and restaurant.
Vineland Estates Winery can lay claim to having one of the best locations for growing grapes. The slopes of our new vineyards are perfect for our recent plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc vines, imported directly from French nurseries.
From our expanded vineyards of European vinifera grape vines, Vineland Estates Winery produces a wide range of both red and white wines, as well as world renowned Icewines. The production of the winery is currently 50,000 cases and much of the wine is sold on site in the Winery Boutique. We also export our wines to Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States of America, United Kingdom, as well as the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
