Pacific American Fish Co., Inc. (PAFCO) has a passion for seafood. It shows in every aspect of our operation. Nearly 100 global employees dedicate themselves to ensuring that we meet every customer need in service and quality at a competitive price.
We own or manage fishing vessels, harvest sites and processing plants throughout the world. Offices in Asia and Latin America enable us to oversee all phases of production for PAFCO, Oceankist®‚ and Pacific Surf® brands. Domestic and international product managers utilize our direct sourcing network to purchase fresh and frozen seafood in bulk from well-respected vendors. These elements combine to provide a direct, continuous supply of only the highest quality products.
On the sales side, PAFCO’s multi-lingual product managers, customer service representatives and drivers strive to provide accurate, courteous and individualized service. We work hard to efficiently move high volumes of product to our select wholesale food service and retail supermarket customers. Sales offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Boston allow us to service clients throughout North America.
Joseph Huh, the late founder of PAFCO, opened the company in 1977 and incorporated in 1980. Joined by his two sons, Peter and Paul, the firm has experienced uninterrupted growth for 25 years.
