Woodland Farms in Los Angeles, California was founded in 1902 as the Pacific Poultry Company.Today, it is owned and operated by Maple Leaf Farms. Woodland Farms produces more than 2 million White Pekin duckling annually, and supplies product to foodservice and retail customers throughout the west coast and Hawaii.
Woodland Farms' fully integrated operation includes breeder flocks, a hatchery, grow-out farms, and processing and distribution. Its product mix includes fresh Chinese style duckling (Buddhist exempt) and range- and antibiotic-free whole duckling, as well as cut products such as leg quarters, whole breast, boneless/skinless portions, wings, legs, tongue, sausage, and giblets.
